You may browse omenbuilds.com and interact with the chat widget for personal or business research. You may not:

• Attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer site code or chat responses for resale.
• Submit unlawful, harassing, or abusive content through the chat widget or any form.
• Use automated tools to flood the chat widget or any endpoint.

4. AI chat disclaimer

The chat widget on omenbuilds.com is an AI assistant powered by Anthropic's Claude model. It provides general information about Omen's services. It is not a medical professional and does not provide medical advice. Do not share protected health information (PHI) in the chat.

5. Intellectual property

All content on omenbuilds.com, including copy, design, code, and the Omen mark, is owned by Omen unless attributed otherwise. You may not copy or repurpose it without written permission.

6. Client work

For clients who engage Omen, the signed service agreement governs ownership of deliverables, payment terms, revisions, hosting responsibilities, and termination. The service agreement supersedes any conflicting language on this site.

7. Disclaimers

omenbuilds.com is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy of content, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that our services will produce a specific number of leads, conversions, or revenue outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of omenbuilds.com or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
